Avoid This Place, I ordered a chicken bucket, but the chicken was way too hard and dry to eat. It was clearly not fresh, and I ended up wasting my money. This place needs serious improvement, and the council should take action. Serving such low-quality food is unacceptable!

Disappointing Experience
I ordered spicy wings meals, but they arrived cold and undercooked, which was really disappointing. On top of that, the fillet burger meal, the bun was way too hard to eat, making the whole meal unpleasant. Definitely not the quality I expected. Needs serious improvement!
Staff can't speak/understand English.

I came to this store moments ago and ordered my food and paid
The guy the behind the counter had a smirky grin the whole time i ordered
Then once i paid he mumbled ?you sure you dont want refund again? i said ?sorry??? Confused
He said ? remember last time? i replied ? no ? What happened? ? he said ? nope never mind? whilst wearing that silly grin
Clearly mistaken me for someone else he then said ? i will make you real nice food?(or something along those lines)in a sinister tone
Then put off has this food was for my kids i said immediately to cancel my food and provide me a refund
He then refused ( he hadn't started on preparing food yet) all the while with the same stupid grin
I then turned to customer in the shop and asked what they thought and they were all clearly confused and embarrassed for me. The boss man still refused me a refund ( even tho food hadn?t started to be prepared) so i said keep the money and walked out
This has left me very confused. I am never rude to anybody preparing my food for the obvious reasons
And if i am unhappy with my food or anything i simply never return to a food place, i never ( until today) ask for refunds or make a scene
So if you happen to bump into the person you mistaken me for please tell them they owe me £20.49 you refused to refund me
Sad part is i have only been in this store around 3 times since they opened and actually liked there food
But if in those 3 visits i have ever came across rude or misbehaving then i sincerely apologise to you or your staff
This review is not to tarnish your business but to simply say what i wish i had said in store
I wish you and your business the best of success and hope you understand you embarrassed and have taken the money from a honest hard working man
I wish this misunderstanding never happened

me and best bud vignir birgmann went in expecting a true English meal but dont trust the name of this shop, they're lying to you! we went inside and immediately we were pinned down by the chicken man and we were forced into the back where the mad doctor brutally severed poor vignirs arms and legs and fried them in batter! that was silly! anyways, i was surprised to see that Kevin was waiting for me there and it was him who planned the attack! that got me really mad and i quickly defeated Kevin and his goons but poor vignir didnt make it. but afterwards i bought a cone of chips very hot and goody goody!Tasty chicken more like Evil chicken i say. tommorow i will return to Springfield and i will avenge my fallen buddy!!!Dietary restrictions: chicken
