I would rather not do that but it may brings some awareness for man, straight masculine man...A few weeks ago (3 weeks) I went there just for an Americano coffee, two ladies, young one I guess, for sure polish because one recognised me as she was my room mate before. I would rather skip her princess attitude and behaviour referring from sharing a house backing that time... so another knew I was polish and turned the conversation over from English to Polish like that would be my idea, I was a bit confused... While preparing coffee starts speaking to me about her day like I was interested... I just wanted my coffee, nothing else ladies!!!Please act next time more professionally and provide a service we are paying for. And stop having a sulk just because I would not listen to you how bad or good day you have/had because I was just interested to get my coffee, that is it. In the minute you will accuse me for hitting on you or something else...I just wanted a coffee...And if you have a bad day, well deal with it or take a day off.Thank you

I normally have black americano coffee. Costa coffee is probably the only coffee I can't drink that way. Personally I find their coffee too harsh and undrinkable.

I have many food intolerances and the lovely member of staff on the till got the allergy book for me to run through my milk options.She then washed the milk jug to ensure there was no cross contamination. Very friendly

Not a complaint against any branch as such, but costa as a whole. We use Costa lot and save the beans for a "free" coffee. Well free in that you spend about £45 to get enough beans. But it's not really a free coffee, it's a discounted coffee, not usable with any other offers. For example, They had an offer - get a £4.15 bacon roll for £2.50 with any hot drink. But you can't have this offer with your free drink..... so that means you get a £1.65 penalty for having your free drink. Which means it isn't free. Fortunately I've now woken up and smelt the coffee and will change allegiance to Starbucks - thank you for the nudge Costa.

The staff are really kind and helpful, the food and drink is presentable as expected ?? it?s a lovely place to relax and get some work done, or even just for a treat. This location closes later than others which is convenient. I recommend coming here :)Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options in food and treatsDietary restrictions: Allergens are clearly stated and if you have any concerns just ask. There are plenty of milk alternatives also.Parking: Parking is available nearby in a few different car parks, the closest and most convenient being the harpur centre carparkKid-friendliness: Children are accommodated and welcomedWheelchair accessibility: I don?t believe the door is automatic, however staff would certainly hold the door and help adjust the tables and chairs to fit a wheel chair for users, and the bathroom is wheelchair and disability, equipped with an emergency cable

I went today with my friend to try white strawberry chocolate but had a bad memory for the life.. just want to say that short blonde hair lady doing the evening shift have zero manners to deal with customer. I was taking to her but she didn?t bother to reply back but start looking at another Asian colleague who surprisingly knew how to take order respectfully. I?ll suggest either teach her some skills of speaking or replace her to avoid any further damage to your reputation
