We come here every Wednesday on my day off. The staff are always exceptional and go the extra mile to feel welcome. Even though there are easier branches to get to we still return here just for the quality of service.

There a representative there called Kieran , whi is quite rude from the first encounter I had with him. I was quite upset with a few things with him from his bad customer service to not bothering to clean whilst he was just standing around talking for ages which resulted in me cleaning not only my table but also another parents table next to mine, because he was just not bothered. I again had bad service for the second time fro. Him and finally had enough when today he chucked my plate of hot food rudely on the counter. Complete rude delinquent who knows nothing about customer service. He is a very bad representation of the staff there especially unlike some of the girls ,with the good customer service, working on the weekends.

Costa coffee Rope Walk Bedford. This coffee venue needs a massive sign, NO ACCESS FOR WHEEL CHAIR USERS. You could go in, be served, then no room at all to maneuver to any seat. If you just wished to use the disabled toilet, there is no room to get through the seating area to it. If the entire cueue of people waiting to be served evacuated the area, you could gain access. Hmm.
So i name this coffee establishment as Access Denied for anyone with mobility difficulties. I would prefer to give no stars at all.

Staff is friendly and nice. Drinks are good esp frappe in summer and hot chocolate in winter. My kids love Mango n passion fruit cooler in summer.
I'm not a big fan of food served here esp the croissants which was really bad. If its fresh, then might be better.
Staff is nice and friendly.
Internet and toilets are available.
Parking: As this costa is inside the st John retail park there's lot of free parking available for upto 3 hours.
Wheelchair accessibility: ? entrance as well as ? access toilets ? available as well.
