I find the coffee is bitter and overpriced.I don't eat the food, it's to expensive.I feel bad for the staff, they try their best, but they are always rushed off their feet.

Would have had a sandwich. However, the one I fancied was plaintbased.Good move to stop the Bluelight card. Many of the front line have had huge pay increases, unlike those on min wage, etc.

Service was a bit slow but I think it was doing induction training for a new starter as she didn't know that milk should accompany a pot of tea! Cakes are OK but grossly overpriced, slices are cut way too small compared to other places. I had a struggle to get my free coffee that I was due, but persistence paid off eventually. It seems to depend on which staff are working that day.

Came to Costa for a hot chocolate, was served by Terry who was very polite, welcoming and smily however whilst being served, a colleague of his spoke to him extremely rude and had a nothing but a stinking attitude. Her attitude stunk more than my dog?s poo on my shoe and I wanted to tell her about her attitude however was swayed by my partner. She needs to attend some sort of customer service training. Thanks Terry for an outstanding service. Kudos to you but not your colleague

Very busy and staff were a bit overwhelmed when I visited. Surprisingly busy for a weekday and for the location. Still, a handy place to grab a coffee if you're shopping on the retail park.

My support worker and I used the drive through to buy a latte each. When we parked up to drink them my support workers coffecwas so full it spilt everywhere and burnt both of us and went in my car . She went back in to ask for cloths to try and clean my car as the milk would start to smell as time passes and explained what happened. The only thing that was offered was a refund. There was no real urgency to help. We had to clean everything. The manager is supposed to be ringing my support worker. If I have to have my car...which is a mobility car for my disabilities....valeted that will be a lot of expense for me. I will lose my deposit if my car is not in good condition. I will never visit again. The standard of service and quality of coffee has been going downhill rapidly and this was the straw that broke the camels back.

Automatic opening door was not working at the time of my visit which meant that people with pushchairs need extra assistance to get in and out. Otherwise service was quick .
