Came here for lunch Sunday 8th June.
Ordered Mediterranean panini - vegan cheese is in a different colour with a star (meaning add on) we didn?t ordered the cheese, asked for it to be changed & was refused - Terrible customer service from Olivia the mangers sister - do not order from here

I've been going to this cafe fairly regularly for some years. Today's visit was my last. Apparently the item I ordered from the menu wasn't available. This happens, but I wasn't informed until some significant time after I had placed my order. I was asked to select something different. I did. Some time later, a different staff member appeared and angrily asked me what I wanted. Since I had already been there for some time, I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. The staff member became angrier and asked me what I wanted. I told them what I had ordered. Some time later, they slammed down a plate of food (still not what I had asked for) and stormed off.
I didn't eat the food and I won't be going back.

One of my favourite cafes in Bedford but I really don't like the new digital screen that is advertising films. I think it really spoils the calm and relaxed atmosphere. Can someone turn it off please?

They stop serving their ?all-day breakfast? at 4pm. I was told this at 4.02pm, after waiting for the server to finish his 5-minute chat. It was hot as balls in there so would have been quite unpleasant to sit and eat I guess.
I went to MBF Cafe instead - what a difference? friendly, smiling server willing to give me food and coffee even though they should have shut at 4pm.

This cafe is a real gem! The coffee is delicious, and the teas brewed in teapots are something special. A perfect place for both breakfast and lunch. The decor is so charming that you just want to sit there, order something delicious and spend the whole day reading a book. The only drawback is that the space is a bit small, but it's still worth coming here.

Wow wow wow, what a unique little cafe and it is very unique. Ordered halloumi burger, homemade chips and salad and its the best halloumi burger I have ever tasted with lots of flavors. Doggies were very welcomed and showen lots of attention by the staff and customers too. Staff are fabulous and fantastic, very polite and helpfull and nothing is too much trouble. Ordered tea and cake, tea was served in old fashioned tea pots and with real tea.
My little doggie Misty loved it there and got lots of attention and so did my friends dog Fudge.
I will be making this my regular place to go for food and drinks, menu is very varied and offer lots of choices, especially for veggies and vegans.
