We ordered food via Uber eats
It was poor, the chow mean was dry and crackly, sweet and sour balls dry and tough, rice dry overall not nice barely edible

Obnoxious behaviour and customer service, put phone down on me 3 times when I called about a query on an online order, told me hadn?t received it although money had shown as debit on my bank account. Said I had to order again via deliveroo. Obvs wanted to check I?d be credited for previous order if bank account showed two debits but told me I was causing him trouble and that he didn?t want my order and put phone down on me for the third time.

I ordered King prawn chow mein the noodles were discussing totally over cooked and made me feel ill. I also ordered vegetarian spring rolls which were nice. Because of the chow mein I would not order from here again.

Last year whilst scrolling just eat, I came across this Chinese and I haven't gone anywhere else. Unlike other places, I found the food to be great, not greasy or artificial thickener. Even though I went via the just eat app, I have spoken to the chef a few times and found him nothing but polite and helpful. Dont imagine that I would go anywhere else!!

Absolutely disgusting service (nearly 2 hours to receive delivery) and the food is not a good standard.The Egg fried rice has ZERO taste as it is simply just boiled rice (NOT fried) with a tiny bit of egg. The chicken balls are overdone therefore burnt.Ordered at 19:49, estimated delivery was 20:45, rang for an update at 21:22 and was simply told the driver will be with us in 2 minutes and then they hung up, food eventually arrived at 21:45 and to make it worse the driver didn?t even have the decency to hand the food to me, instead simply left the food on the doorstep, pressed the doorbell and shouted from his car ?enjoy the food?.Not once an apology or any level of customer service from either the restaurant or the driver.Deliveroo are no use either. They take the order but won?t do anything else. When I made them aware of the problem, all they offered to do was call the restaurant and of course they were told the same as when I called!I requested Deliveroo to cancel the order and give me a refund however I was told I should wait longer and cannot cancel my order/have a refund.

Hate giving bad reviews, but honestly I hope this helps the restaurant improve.Chow mein was vile. Seaweed was like eating a bowl of sugar, the ribs were tasteless and I can?t honestly say anything nice about the bland and dry food that?s clearly been microwaved from days before.Never again, extremely disappointing. Worst Chinese I have ever eaten.

Do not order from their website, it does not work apparently and they dont do anything to help when you go to collect an order you have paid for.

My chicken balls where raw and the rice was reheated and the sauce was pure oil. Phoned the guy and he says ?nothing wrong with the food? told him we have photos of raw chicken. Asked for a refund or replacement and he refused. Says he doesnt care about the complaint and to go ahead and take it to food hygiene. Photo doesnt do it justice due ro bad lighting

We ordered through Ubereats and when it arrived our dishes were just stuck together sticky messes! The noodles were all stuck together and tasted horrendous. I called and said that the food was completely inedible. I called the restaurant and was told if we put it all back in the tubs the driver would come and collect it and we would be refunded. This was not the case. I have since been refunded by Uber Eats after a battle. Absolutely horrendous experience and I am just so annoyed I didn?t think to look at the reviews first!!!!
