Me and my fiancé went Cex to sell an Xbox 360 and 2 limited addition Xbox controllers he told us he couldn?t sell one because it?s not apart of the Xbox which was fine he then checked out the Xbox 360 opened the filter where to clear the dust out and told us it was broken when it was made like that poor customer service poor communication and the worst attitude I?ve ever heard. Also didnt check the rest of the Xbox just glanced at it.

Always love buying and selling items to CEX Bedford...it's quick and straightforward...prices are reasonable and staff are good. I have found CEX to be a reliable and trustworthy outlet to buy from on multiple occasions

Purchased a second hand Wii with 3 games from the Bedford CeX store. Staff were great and helpful. We set everything up at home and one of the games wasn't working-took the game back in with the receipt and they changed it right away without an issue.
There are other places you can buy second hand products but we tend to come back here due to the warranty and customer service. Have just ordered some more games with the click & collect service which was easy to use. Thank you
