We Recently done the carpet upstairs 2 rooms and living room,Stairs hallway and get the best dealAt carpet right thanks to the team fitters we?re the best to take care off the flooring and remove all the old carpets vacuumed all the carpet put the furniture back and Parminder were so cool worked very professionally he just done a fantastic job very happy with the job thanks to the carpet right and team ?

The most amazing customer service today!! We had been let down for our carpet by someone else last minute and have new furniture being delivered in a couple of days, went to Carpetright for opening and managed to buy the carpet in the morning and have it fitted in the afternoon. Completely blown away and will be recommending to everyone and will definitely be a return customer when needed. A massive thank you to Jess and Dodge, you really got us out of a jam.

My daughter recently moved to the area, all she's gone on about it how beautiful Dan has laid her carpet and how he was such a lovely gentleman.I've come to see the carpet myself and I must say it has been laid at a very high standard and the quality and thickness of the carpet is heaven.Next time I need my carpet redoing, I'll be sticking with Dan and carpetright.

Have recently had laminate fitted in an upstairs and downstairs room along with carpet on stairs and landing. Firstly the advice from "Meena" in the store in making suitable selections was really appreciated as was her great communication with us throughout.The fitter we had "Rollo" was outstanding. He thoroughly prepared both rooms for laminate (with screed and ply) and his workmanship was excellent. Our stair carpet looks great also. He was with us for 3 days, left everything tidy each day and communicated with us with progress updates. He took all the rubbish away at the end as well. He even coped with our cats wandering around! We would definitely ask for him again and were more than happy to just let him get on with it.

Me and my partner are about to move and looking to refloor the whole place. We spoke to Jess the duty manager and I could not ask for better customer service.
