Cards are reasonably priced but,their choices are not always good. Not enough Great Grandson cards and no 60th cards for Daughters.Great Grandchildren are not catered for enough,too many for small children,not enough for older ones.otherwise good .

An excellent variety of cards along with balloons and small gifts, always plenty of of staff so even if the queue is long you soon get through, also really good prices, card factory is awesome ?

Balloon started to deflate before I got home 20 mins after getting it blown up ?. Don?t recommend going here for helium balloons.

Takes an hour to blow up helium balloons apparently when they are not busy at all. I emailed card factory to ask and they said it would only take 5-10 minutes. So the staff member was clearly lying. Disappointing customer service.

There are assortment of different cards to suit anyone but gets very crowded at times.I usually make my own but occasionally I like to have a look around to see if there is anything that catches my eye, the prices are reasonable.
