FREEZING ? in there for no apparent reason. Walked in, then left. A big multinational company should be able to afford to heat their establishments when the outside temperature is 2°C. More to the point how is a place that cooks food even cold!

it seems that I will never go to this shop again
it is very cold inside and it is raining
at the store at the interchange, the dips were free, but here I had to pay for the mayonnaise
I don't recommend it, I hope it closes soon, sorry to say that

Giving one star in itself is even too much for this restaurant. The staff was very horrible and not accommodating at all. When asked for ketchup very stingy with the sauces even tho we ordered two large meals, with cheese melts and chicken fries. They gave us two ketchup. When asked for more they refused and when asked for sauces for the chicken fries she rudely handled the situation by refusing. When asking for the manager, the manager made us wait 5 min because he was on call and when he came to talk he just looked angry no smile or no customer service. The buns were so stale and the fries were fried from old oil. When asking for a refund they refused save to say we will never come back. I recommend you all to stay as far away from this restaurant as possible and go dine somewhere else. We decided to take the food and eat somewhere else since we didn?t want to see such horrible people

We went today to eat something quickly with the kids, the lady from the service was very rude and dismissive and when I asked for ketchup she threw a on the counter. I don?t recommend. The bathroom is dirty.
