I was originally hesitant to use Bureau de Travel following the older reviews. However, this came to me through a referral from a friend. I can honestly say the process was seamless. The travel agency met every single need of mine no matter how small or large. It was a great experience and is evident of Bureau de Travels most recent reviews. I will continue to use their services for traveling abroad and will strongly recommend to others following my extremely pleasant process.

The kind gentleman at Bureau de Travel helped my elderly grandparents when booking a long haul trip last September. He was nothing but patient, considerate and understanding with them both. They had a lovely trip and would recommend him to anyone!

This is not a real agency so its fake I went inside and I ask for filghts to turkey when I looked on his screen he was looking on the same website like me were the economy flight per person £130 but instead he said that it cost me £275 per person . When I told him thay I use the same website he was shocked and scared cause he did not know what to do or say.

Each time we have gone in to ask them to organise a special request for a bespoke trip, they have been knowledgeable and able to offer advice and guidance. Really happy with the service we get.

I booked flights for 7 passengers including 2 young children and a vulnerable adult. I was called the afternoon before the flight (flight being at 5am the next morning) and told the agent this guy used to book our tickets had disappeared!I had booked excursions internal flights and hotel on the other side (thankfully with a different agent) and therefore had to quickly find and buy new tickets at last minute extortionate prices that matched our previous ones.On returning I have been told by the guy that this has happened before and the guy is thousands of pound in debt. I wish I had read these reviews before booking. Please do yourself a favour and dont get conned by this man.

Absolute fraud! They steal your money, they cancel your flights and replace them with cheaper ones but they still charge you full price. It is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY- please do not hand your money over to this 'travel agent'. They will steal it and let you believe that you have a flight booked. Then, when you are all packed and ready to go to the airport, you get a text from the owner to say there is a 'problem'. Absolutely stole nearly £3000. Please please please do not use this agent. We need to get this place shut down asap!! It is located on Bromham road I do not believe it is ABTA protected so beware.
