Nice shop. It can get very busy and long queues, half of the food is gone
VERY pricey, some staff is nice, however some are miserable and look like they have no care in the world to serve us .

The young male employee with curly permed hair is a completely useless staff member. He stands behind the till, mumbles, and you can?t hear a thing. There?s no greeting or thanks; he looks as unintelligent as he behaves.?

Expensive, self service tills always seem to be broken and always a queue to get served at tills. Staff are lovely though, always smiling and welcoming!

Very overpriced and terrible range of stock. No salads other than pasta and most of the time half the sandwiches are missing. Accidentally over charging has happened a few times, either not applying an offer or scanning twice.

Poorly stocked, and over priced. Would actually rather drive to another village to use their shop than pop 2 mins down the road to use this one.

Walked up to till , two staff members chatting with one another , put my goods down to be scanned , no welcome , staff continued to chat , cashier ( male ) dropped my goods on parcel shelf no concern for products , asked for money , no please , I handed over money , no thank you , no greeting whatsoever.You really need to employ decent staff , it was absolutely disgraceful. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.

Nasty rude staff, argue with you about the prices on the shelves and try to overcharge you. Sold me 2 months out of date oat milk and when I came back they just shrugged and said ?it happens? truly dreadful place?.make sure you check the dates on the food you buy!

Came into store today went to medication section none so I asked an lady assistant her name is Dee I asked her if there was any medication in the warehouse she said to me we have just had a delivery but I can?t look now as I?m doing this ? absolutely awful customer service
