Have been going to this opticians for many years and found that it is not as good as formerly, with a less professional attitude. Overall, prices are very high. The frames are usually of high quality but there is a long wait for lenses to be fitted. We will not use them again.

Have been coming here with my son and after having been to places such as Vision Express and Specsavers which were very bad experiences (very ill fitting glasses for my son). This store is a breath of fresh air, special mention to Vita who always greets us with a smile and is so friendly towards my son who isn't always the easiest to talk to. She is also very professional and helpful and obviously knows her stuff. 100% recommend this store.

Amazing experience and according to me the best in Bedford. I have been visiting Vision express but after I visited here I don?t go to Vision express at all. My husband had some issues suddenly overnight and needed an emergency assistance and that?s how we landed up here. I am glad we did visit and what a service. The opthamologist is amazing and takes full care and gives his whole time to ensure nothing is missing and all good. The fees they charge is reasonable and very well utilised. Please go here and get the best service.

Amazing experience I had. So fast action and the team is so well trained, qualified and courteous I could not imagine. In my emergency they have come out as saviour. I and my family will always go to them for all eye related issues. Hats off team and the ophthalmologist especially took so keen interest and patience to see my issue. ?????????????

Outstanding service even during the pandemic!My two kids and I have been coming to this branch in Kempston for several years and have always found the staff to be pleasant, professional and helpful.Always feel like a valued customer!Kazim is our optometrist who is always friendly and explains everything he is going to do. I feel very confident in his ability and skill!One of my children needs glasses and Vita helped him choose new frames, she is very friendly, extremely helpful and provides an excellent customer service!I would highly recommend using this options!

Excellent, very friendly service today from all members of staff I had contact with at Brown & White Bedford. The optician took his time to explain ever procedure and his findings. Very personable. Excellent covid safety measures in place. Thank you.

We have been going to Brown & Whites in Kempston for 3 years now ever since my daughter was told she needed glasses. They are always so lovely with her and so helpful. I wouldn?t go anywhere else!
