Truly unbelievable. The most exemplarily service I have ever received.Mark is a true credit to his profession. Went in to rectify a DIY painters poor work and having no knowledge myself only asked a what I thought was a simple question as to how to fix however I was talked through in supreme detail how to rectify my problem, what materials I would need, mark literally spent over an hour with me accommodating all the questions I had, which were many. ALSO offered to potentially come over to my house if I was struggling to give me further advice. This gent even helped me with products to my car. Mark has rekindled my faith in humanity and I couldn?t thank him enough. Truly outstanding!!!

As a loyal customer of Torquay branch since 2004, it was disappointing today, I ended up leaving and ordering from an online supplier instead - and finding a much better price actually.
Suggested improvements - serve the customers first who are clearly stood queuing and have been waiting there for several minutes, rather than allow customers who decide to go into the stock room area (restricted to customers), help themselves to products, stand behind the till area to get a price (avoiding having to queue) and then say ?yeah I?ll take it? and then walk out without booking out the goods or signing for them against their account.
Is that in line with your company policy? Check cctv to confirm this down to the letter.
Aside from annoying other customers, from a business point of view, when the system isn?t followed, things go wrong, goods go missing. You?d think you would be doing things better after what happened with the last manager and so much pilfered stock.
Cue standard scripted excuse response - sorry your experience wasn?t in line with our usual high standards, we take on board all customer comments to improve our service and hope we can help you in the future, but most of all... Wait for it... Drum roll... Oh of course, it?s covids fault no doubt ????

Absolutely fantastic friendly service, I phoned to check they had the colour paint I required and was helped by a lovely young lady named Sophie, she assured me they could help and we travelled to the Chester store to make our purchase.
We were greeted by a young lady who we discovered was Sophie who could not have been more helpful, as promised she helped us choose the nearest colour to what we needed and went away to have it mixed, this was the first time we had visited the store but because we were looked after so well and felt that the other staff were also friendly we would definitely recommend Brewers in Boughton to our family and friends.
I work in retail myself and know the importance of good customer service, people choose where to spend their money so giving exceptional customer service guarantees return business.

I can?t remember the staff member name unfortunately from the Morecambe White Lund branch but she was lovely extremely helpful and very knowledgeable ! We visited the store at 4:15 on the 4th feb if the comments could be passed on , the other staff member was also nice too , good selection of paints and we got everything we needed :)

STILL waiting for an order from 06/01/22 which at time of ordering stated 7 working days for delivery. THREE times i have tried chasing this up after no attempt has been made form the company to update me. Twice i have been told id be called back and had no call and now just been cut off after been on hold for 10 minutes
