Worst ever experience with a BP service ever. The lanes are all full, arriving to the last empty lane, zero indication what lanes for what, and being told I'm in the wrong lane , when my commercial vehicle has been already in a situation to try to find the right BP petrol station for the company BP card. The lane was empty for a full 10 minute, making me look like a clown trying to put back and forth machine to fuel up diesel. And making me wait other 10 minutes at a other queue. I had to reverse out with my starter motor with coughing engine for fuel.
No clear signs on the pumps about which lanes are forbidden with what vehicle.

Lady at the till, exceptionally rude, second time now. Staff training on customer relations would be a good step up. I?m not getting free food, I am paying for it.
2 stars because they have good food variety and always stocked up.

Pumps easy to use. Friendly staff.
I didn't buy anything in the shop, only fuel.
I was a little confused about where the exit was, it's not very well marked. But I found it anyway.

Stopped for coffee, the machine wasn't working and the ladies/disabled loo was disgusting. The actual cubicle was filthy and I'd think twice about changing my baby in there. The actual toilet didn'took as if it had been cleaned for days, disgusting and a health hazard

Really bad experience this morning, I stopped to get a coffee on my way to work and I was served by Wendy at the counter who was extremely rude seeing the payment didn?t go through the first try. I work in customer service too, this is not how you treat your customers. It ruined my day, her comments and reactions were so unnecessary and embarrassing.

Visit a couple times a week normally busy in mornings, good for fuel and quick snack.

The price of the fuel here is not too bad compared to other BPs.
I think they should invest in cleaning up their pumps as there are a lot of spillages especially around pump 1
