Awful and rude customer service. Scamming garage.
Rightfully paid for my goods however want to say I didn?t pay and now have qdr solicitors sending letters. Won?t admit liability said its customers fault when I have proof of purchase

Arrived there at 11.37pm on a Sunday night to get medicine for upset tummy, lights on, employees in store, open til 12am but door was closed - drove home in pain - can either the opening times of the store match what is shown or can new and correct opening times be updated please

???STAY ALERT: Some vandal left giant scratches on my parked car when I was shopping in M&S, next to BP petrol station. This can happen to your car as well?No witnesses, no CCTV footage available. Fckn' brilliant.To the station owner - I couldn't imagine you think so low of your customers.

Says 24 hrs but not tonight just finished work stopped to get some milk and bread. The lights are on but no one is working. It's 3am must be a sleep. Thanks BP and M & S
