Have visited bedford store many times always had warm welcome but went in on Saturday and was served by young lady (no name badge) who was very miserable not helpful at all also no manners and personality...needs to be retrained

Went to take my mum today and it was closed. No signs to say it was. I guess another shop gone into administration?
