Couldn't fault Bedford Audi. From the first moment enquiring, to collecting the car and the aftercare everything has been fantastic. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to purchase a car. Throughout the process he kept me updated and I felt he was honest throughout with no false promises. Going above and beyond to ensure I would have my car by the end of October. The whole team is friendly and welcoming, whilst waiting in the showroom everyone chatting and making you feel welcome. When purchasing a new car, I wouldn't now go anywhere else, Bedford Audi all the way!

From start to finish I was impressed with the style of sales they had throughout. Rather than simply being me buying from them, they made it a joint effort to buy a car together. They were able to give vast amounts of information or find out for me whenever I had questions. Total professionalism, and their standards were upheld through both the sales and mechanic departments. I totally recommend Bedford Audi.

I brought my car in for a check up and had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone was friendly, polite and really went the extra mile to make sure I got the best service possible. My car was looked at quickly, and the team even gave it a quick clean for me. While I waited, the staff on reception made me feel at home - Mark, I'm now thinking that hot chocolate is my favourite drink on offer!Thanks again team, I'm looking forward to whenever my next visit will be!

Having now bought my 7th car in a row from Vindis Bedford Audi I think i am in a good position to say i find it extremely difficult to leave them for another brand. Believe me, i have tried to look at other brands most recently, this year before I bought my new car from them.The staff are incredibly friendly, the sales guys recognise a potential sale when you walk in, they don't force their ideas on you but try to tailor according to your requirements.After sales, servicing, reception, they are all one big happy family that i am happy to give a 5-Star rating to.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had, little to no sale preparation done. This was a long-distance sale, and had full confidence doing so with it being an Audi garge and states they do 'meticulous' checks on vehicles prior to sale. There was damage to the door, chipped windscreen and chipped paint work and all not mentioned in the video or sales phone call! After reporting the issues to the garage, they said they would reinburse part of the money for damages. But yet I am still waiting for it many weeks later. STAY AWAY!!!

I had the best experience at Bedford Audi getting my car, I got the best costumer service, fantastic at updates and was super super friendly and patient with me to answer all questions and make sure I was happy and comfortable and understood everything! The process was brilliant from start to finish. John was brilliant at knowing when to help and explain various options and knowing when to let us have time to think and consider our choice. We felt no pressure, but very well informed. The actual buying process was quick, well explained and seamless. Not only that, our children were entertained and looked after so that we could concentrate. Very happy with the car and a very happy customer.

Manny Seth at Audi Bedford really made the process of getting my new car simple. He helped with all the technical stuff explained all the financials to me with ease especially when I didn?t understand haha.. the aftercare as well was great ?? he is an asset to the team so much so my parents bought an Audi from him too? highly recommend thanks manny :)
