Barclays said they would call me back on a query, and I was very lucky to get a call from Vibha.
She was friendly and pleasant from the start. She dealt with my query really well, listening carefully to my questions and concerns, all of which she answered knowledgeably and was so warm. Brilliant!
She made sure I was happy with everything, and talked me through step by step the next part of the process. Vibha said she works out of the Bedford branch (I?m in Cardiff) so it?s unlikely our paths will cross again, but what a fab person, and excellent representative for Barclays. 5 star customer service, thank you

I popped in on the off chance yesterday to see if I could get a replacement card reader. Whilst I was there, I mentioned that I was unable to use the mobile app anymore due to a technical issue. I was helped by Maria and Aga, whose customer service was absolutely first class and I left with both issues sorted with the minimum of fuss. Top notch support from real people, which is so much more appreciated than an AI chatbot!

I?ve just been in to the Bedford town branch of Barclays. Greeted by a lady by the name of Sneh who could not have been more helpful. Taken in to her office and explained how she could help, Sneh was so lovely and sorted me out. Could not have had a better experience with this lady she was so nice to me.
