Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Lots of free parking. Everything you need for small ang large DIY projects. Also, good prices. What more can I say. Oh yes, get the B&Q rewards card. It's well worth getting.

I shop at the Bedford interchange B&Q often , staff are very helpful.
A few times while looking at plants a member of staff Jill has offered advice and suggested plants that would work for the soil type in my garden , she is very knowledgeable and smiley .
A gentleman called Ron offers help too .
All staff I have met from many of the departments are very nice .
A pleasure to shop there .
