Use to have a great service, but I think now it's changed hands,awful service, no customer service not even a smile from the chemist on the till, slow in getting prescriptions,the place could do with a refit it's looking old ,even a lick of paint might help,going elsewhere to get my prescriptions from now on ,Nothing will get done as its money maker next to the surgery, money first patients second ...Shame

Horrible service honestly their prescription is never ready for god sake, even the pharmacy workers are unprofessional with their responsibilities, this pharmacy should shut down as soon as possible.

Very poor service nowadays, used to be very good. Always out of medicines, and no offer to fast track them for you. Never have prescriptions ready to pick up, even if they were ordered more than a week ago. Always have nearly an hour to wait for a prescription to be made up. Have now changed my pharmacy of choice, which is a shame, as Ellis Chemists was first class, and never let us down.

Many my meds up didn?t update if my medication was ready to collect at all had to call my GP and found out they had it from the 18th/03 . Tried to call the pharmacy to see if it?s ready for collect after 47 through on Saturday someone finally picked up . What a shame . Left me out without my inhaler for the morning and no one was bothered to pick up the phone.

Since moving here recently from America, and suffering seizures from brain injury in US we collect my meds here at the Avicenna pharmacy. The lady's who work here are 2nd to no one! They have all become dear to our hearts! These are incredible woman who I watch go through a great deal of stress each day, there kindness is so important to us. Living under a lot of stress ourselves and it feels like they are true family, and we know these wonderful young lady's truly care about us, ladies thank you so much for just being there for all of us in the community. Very bad pharmacy ?? I go out to buy a day night nurse because my wife and I are sick, I asked for two boxes and explained that my wife and I were sick and only one came to the street and the answer was that the employee could only sell one who assisted me was even understanding and went to ask someone superior to which the answer was negative. Then they say that viruses circulate not of course circulate. Very successful at this pharmacy and what I wish is that they never need anything like I do today

Discussing place to be, dirty and smelly. Extremely rude black lady around 50' (refuse to give me her name). She don't understand what is mean customer service.
