I have been looking into Chakras and thought I would check this shop out. Wow so glad I did! The lady gave me some fantastic advice and sorted my chakra crystals out for me. Went back again and the same lovely helpful lady was there again and this time we organised crystals for 2 friends of mine.Amazing place with an inspiring lady ?thank you ?

I went in with my mum (88) today. That was interesting LOL! She got some incense sticks (first time) and she now has them 'working'. She loves them! She will now be buying them for family Christmas pressies. The 2 staff members in the shop were very helpful and extremely pleasant - thank you (I bought a bag, earrings and some incense)

I went on the hunt to town for rose quartz not expecting much success. Stumbled into this shop, not only did I have an unexpected choice but the lovely lady helped me find a pretty stone but a small bag. Looking forward to going back with my daughter next week. Delighted.

i used to love this place and recommend it regularly to people, the staff were friendly and the things being sold are lovely, however the lady who works there now (and presumably owns the shop) refused me a refund or replacement when she sold me a piece of faulty jewellery. her reasoning was that she ?can?t take it back? because of the nature of the item. i would understand that - if it wasn?t broken. if it?s faulty, why would you want it back? it?s not like you?re going to resell it surely?point is, she was actually argumentative with me and borderline disrespectful about replacing a £4.00 piece of jewellery. is that really worth losing a customer over? someone who comes in and spends about £30 at a time?very disappointed and amused about that level of pettiness to say the least. avoid buying body jewellery here. safe to say i?m never going back. luckily we have a new hippy shop in town :)

When I went to the lady?s shop she always gave me 1 quid off and these crystals brought me very good luck , I was kind of a weekly client for the lady

Came in to look at their crystal necklaces and was curious to know if they were real crystal , kindly asked the lady in the shop and she got extremely rude over a simple question exclaiming she's offended and "obviously they are real crystals" while making a disgusting face I will never shop here and will Let others know of it.

The shop in the high street Bedford the lady assistant was very helpful and polite to the customers and my self as I was looking for a cord for my engraved photo of my wife Jane who passed away on the first of November with her kidneys and her heart and immune system troubles not the virus after 45years of marriage March 8th 1976 she found one that fitted for me your sincerely mr Woodward keep safe and take care and thankyou again
