This place is just amazing. From checking in to our room with lovely polite, helpful staff, to a cosy sit down drink in a beautiful welcoming lounge.I need to talk about the rooms. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with a wonderful view over the river. The bathroom was huge, with a beautiful roll top bath, walk in shower, 2 sinks, 2 mirrors and anything else you could possibly want. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to everyone at Albero lounge for an amazing stay.

favourite place to go to.I always stop by during my dog walks as my dog tends to drag me here as soon as we walk by and equally the atmosphere is comfortable enough to not shy away from being alone with the dog in a large establishment.The staff are truly accommodating and provide the best services to all those - whether to us regulars or those whom are visiting first time round.I am truly thankful for the attentiveness provided by the staff and the hospitality of the atmosphere achieved each time. Whether alone or with a friend, the lounge is one of a kind.Thank you to the staff

Came in for dinner with my Fiancée and we both had burgers, I?m blown away with the quality and flavour experience my taste buds went through I will definitely be back may even become my new spot for a burger now. Staff were really friendly and nice also even after my partner messed up her order and accidentally selected no bun on her burger spoke with an employee and was resolved easily. 20/10 will recommend coming here to all in future.Food & drinks: Quality levels are amazing I was left wanting to order more food after my main just to experience more this place has to offer.

We saved up money and went for a birthday as a treat with great expectations, and were greatly disappointed. The upstairs was cold and the food was poor quality. Favourite menu items we were upset to see had also been removed. Really dampened the mood on the celebration. Waste of money.Food & drinks: Poor quality

Coeliac friendly, with a huge range of gluten free options. I had the beef burger with cheddar cheese, fries and coleslaw. Highly recommended for vegans, vegetarians and gluten free.

Came here with my family after a movie at Vue. The food was lovely and arrived quickly. Loved the atmosphere and seems like a great place to hang out. Hope to come back soon.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was some of the food is quite over priced for what you get. Beef quesadillas for example, £4 for 1 small tortilla with a little bit of pulled beef and a couple of slices of pickled red onion. Just seemed excessive pricing for such a tiny dish.

Albero lounge was amazing, I came down for a work conference and stayed over in one of the rooms in the lounge. I was greeted by a member of Management called Amrita and she was very helpful with everything. She was extremely polite and had very good customer service. 10/10 for her. The food and drinks were very good value for money and delicious too. Would highly recommend visiting this place for either food or to stay the night or both.

PHENOMENAL.Absolutely lovee the vegan beyond cheese burger 10/10And although it wasn't available on this visit the carrot cake is to die for! ??I will be recommending to friends and family Food & drinks: Beautiful presented.Quality ingredients.Delicious!
