I cannot recommend this optician highly enough. Mr B very professional patient and thorough with my test calmly reaching the point where my eyes are now and what was needed in my prescription. Frames and lenses wow! Ellie and colleagues helped me make the right choice! Ellie then managed the preparation and order of my new specs. She was brilliant!I have had to wear glasses since I was 2 and have had many years of needing eye care. I can?t remember having service as good as this. Exemplary and highly recommended!!!

Very impressed by Alan Brunker opticians. I had an extremely painful eye and they fitted me immediately that day for a check up. Turned out I had an eye ulcer from over use of my contact lenses which was horrendous. Mr Bhundia had all the necessary equipment to show me the ulcer on my eye and immediately referred me to Bedford hospital. They even called me a couple of days later to make sure that the hospital had been in touch with me to make sure I was having the appropriate treatment.

I came in for a check-up as a new customer and was treated very nicely by the staff. The optometrist I saw was friendly, happy to explain things to me in detail and made no attempt to push me into purchasing a pair of glasses after telling me I didn't need a pair. It couldn't have been a better experience!

I can?t praise all the safe enough for their professionalism & care I?ve received over the many years I?ve been going for eye tests & getting fitted for new spectacles .Though l have a difficult prescription & have to be very careful about the size of my frames they always go to great lengths to find the right frames for me. They know what suits me & how important they style & fit of my spectacles are too me. I highly recommend this optician . They truly are experts at what they do & deliver first class customer service with warmth & a smile.

The optician I saw for an eye test here was a consummate professional, he gave honest and pragmatic advice, the examination felt extremely thorough and all my questions were comprehensively answered. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything and he also explained the pros and cons of laser eye surgery in terms of the state of my eyes. To top it off they tightened the arms of my frames on both my sets of glasses free of charge, they felt like brand new glasses when I left. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and highly recommend them to anyone else.

After a previous poor experience at a high street chain opticians I booked myself an appt for an eye test at Alan Brunker opticians. I can honestly say it was the best customer service I have received anywhere in a really long time. Professional, organised, friendly and fun. What a fabulous team. I couldn?t rate them high enough. After my eye test, I received help to choose some frames and then a couple of days later they were ready. It was great, no hidden charges, no upselling it was perfect.

Alan and his team were so welcoming and friendly and really helped my 4yr old relax. They spoke directly to her and praised her during her eye test, constantly reassuring her. They explained the results to me without using medical jargon and told me I could call any time if I had any problems. Will now only be going back to this opticians in the future!

Alan Brunker Opticians have been both helpful and professional in doing my eye test and fitting new lenses into my existing frames.When collecting my updated glasses, everything has been checked and the people I have seen have made sure that I'm happy with the fit.As the service has been good, I've since gone on to buy some new frames too and am awaiting collection.All in all, a really good experience.
