Asked for help and got none!
I was referred to them by the very brilliant Red Cross, but I'm still awaiting a call back a year later!
They could've just told me that they couldn't help and why...but to leave me in the lurch... 'Nuff said

My Dad has had some lovely helpers and befrienders through Age Uk Bedford. They always make sure he has a replacement if someone is unable to come. Excellent service.
