Went in this pub for the first time as only just moved to the area. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. Popped in for a pint and chips. No issues until they said my card was declined and I needed to pay again. Turns out I’ve now paid twice. Not sure if honest mistake or scam but won’t be returning.

Attended for a quiz night, which was well organised and good fun. Ate a pleasant pizza. Staff were friendly and polite.
