Have been a customer for 30 years. However looking to change banks as never able to get an answer when calling the local branch. They are also disconnected internally as married 10 years ago and account updated to married name. However child trust funds are still in my maiden name and they won't speak to me!!!

Staff will not answer the telephone! As a disabled customer telephone contact is most important so this standard of customer service is diabolical. I have complained about this in the past but clearly nothing has been done to resolve their lame excuse of a technical problem. Unfortunately it has not been possible to give a no-star rating, so reluctantly I have given one star.
