Rude workers14th Dec 2021 outlet SwindonCame to the outlet a little early. Went over to costas to look at buying 1 of there travel mugs. There are 3 ways to get into the little costas near the Lindt chocolate shop. There was wet floor signs around costa so I went and looked at there travel mugs I seen to girls getting ready to open 1 was standing there like she was eating a wasps and the other 1 shouted at me and said can?t you read the sign we?re closed, well for 1 no I didn?t all I could see was wet floor signs so I walked round and there it was on 1 chair a tiny sign you need glasses to read it. If your closed put a sign on all entry points we?re customers can get in, don?t just shout at them and give them dirty looks.

The slowest coffee shop on earth. Painful.

Went there 7th October after 3pm..with a friend and asked staff to check how much I had on my costa card, the girl was patronising, repeated my question loud in front of other customers, my friend said she was rude...and they expect me to pay £3.00 for a black coffee....? Rubbish customer service and exploitaitive prices

The crux for my 1 star review is one single principal and that is hygiene, due to the current situation hygiene should be at the forefront of every one's mind and yet for this shop it seemed to of been barely an after thought. Both staff on duty making drinks were not wearing any PPE nor did they have any indication of medical exemption, and further more the staff member that made my particular drink wiped his nose with his hand moments before applying the lid to my drink which made me feel frankly unsafe and uncomfortable.I would not visit again in the foreseeable future however I do believe these are problems that can be easily and effectively handled by the management

The staff in Soho are the most friendliest, nicest people I have ever met. They are professional, they always greet, smile and treat you with the utmost respect. The service is impeccable and they have serve the best Coffee in town. Their food is always top notch. The Best!

Usual nice coffee lost one star for a poor one way system for separation #covid

My sister and I visited on last week on a shopping trip, the centre was very busy and we were looking forward to sitting down and having some lunch. We both ordered a jacket potato, one of their special chicken and slaw ones and a tuna. We were asked if we would like butter, in which we didn?t get. My jacket potato was awful, I?m not normally fussy but this tasted inedible, as my sister agreed. Both also very dry. The staff could clearly see we weren?t going to eat our lunch in which they asked everyone else around us how their food was but chose to ignore us. We shortly left. Very disappointed, will not be going back.

Me and my family went Soho coffee for a relax as we walked round the swindon outlet, but only to be greeted with awful staff members who talk behind your back and question you as though you were a criminal. Staff members need to sort out their attitude.

Food was ok for a coffee house, what you would expect however very poor covid measures in place, no table service, still had to que to order and collect food even though eating in, social distancing not observed in que. Tables were not cleaned before customers sat down and had to be requested to happen, and no sanitiser available. Would not reccomended due to poor covid safety measures.

Came here for a quick stop before I caught my train. Service was slow. Ordered a oat milk latte as well as a brownie slice, both in which were quite delightful.

A little bistro style Costa Coffee in the middle of the busy McCarthy Outlet centre, very open plan tables and brilliant for the usual Costa fare whilst people-watching as you shop. Much more open and healthy feel to it than the enclosed Starbucks around the corner, especially in these Covid times. Great service. A little train runs by every ten mins which is fun for kids.
