Only one person serving every time I come and everything seems to take an age to process, shockingly bad customer service. Need to get a cash machine outside which allows you to pay in like the Surbiton and Cobham branches!

I standing here in a queue 45 minutes agoAnd 2 person been served. 1 counter is open 10 minutes till closing 12 people waiting. Suggest to go to do your things somewhere else. Maybe another bank.

9 people and counting in the line waiting and 1 teller open. Another at the counter but had it closed. Such poor customer service keeping people waiting over 20minutes for a simple transaction. If you canâ??t get the bank staffed adequately then at least put in automated tellers like other branches have to perform deposits etc
