The branch used to be good until the machines replaced most of the people. Part of the attraction of offering a service is that it allows one to interact with actual people. Could not have made the process for opening a new business bank account harder if they tried. Applied online. They followed up nearly two weeks later over phone and confirmed all the details I had already provided. Then said I needed to go into branch to complete the application.
