Excellent service from front of house staff and also the delivery drivers . Nothing too much trouble for them. Previously I had to return some fencing due to over estimating , items removed without fuss and account credited. Well done to you all

Absolutely awful. Various items arrived broken. Toilet ordered couldn’t be sourced. Went into shop and was promised refund/replacement… and again in writing via email to then have an email the next day saying they changed their minds. Avoid at all costs. Spoken to a few others since highlighting my concerns and none... read full comment
