Not sure how it's not a legal requirement to disclose that the shop doesn't offer refunds (exchange or store credit only). Bought a few items to try on at home and obviously now am out of pocket for the things that don't fit.

I advise the owner to teach the staff how to work with clients: they cannot explain and show where to try on clothes, they are not friendly and indifferent.
