Absolutely disgraceful, horrible experience. Staff member male “Kai” binned our bag of food while bags were at table. His only excuse could be “shouldn’t have left it there”. Visited here a couple of months ago and ordered an iced tea. No ice and lukewarm, very disappointing; however, went with daughter last week and both had coffee, much better!
