Recently had an appointment with one of the business consultants. He was very polite and friendly. The branch is very big and they have 2 cashiers. It does not get too busy as other branches do.

i love using my local halifax bank when i can go in on a weekday, as i do put cash in on some week days, as its my local bank, and easy to get to.
