I was instore last week ordering something, during my time instore I overheard one of your managers linsey (sorry if I haven't spelt it right) she was helping a very elderly lady and gentleman. She was very patient and helpful even though the issue was to do with the lady's mobile network and not the mobile she had purchased from Argos. Linsey rang 02 for the lady as she didn't understand and found the lady was having money taken for data (I didn't see the phone but I'm pretty sure this lady wasn't using internet).Anyway today I went to pick up my item to find Linsey again with the elderly couple, it seems Linsey had managed to get the 02 to refund the money taken and was trying to explain this would take upto 10 days. Anyway the lady was emotional but Linsey managed to calm her down and the lady was very grateful. Even though it was not an Argos issue Linsey told the lady to return again in 10days and she would chase up if needed.I hope Linsey gets recognition for the excellent customer service she gives and I hope my grandma is fortunate enough to recieve her help one day. After seeing her at work I could not let this go unnoticed as it really did touch my heart. The elderly lady was full of praise for her and so I feel confident to do this review on her behalf even though I did not get served by her myself.

Bought a 6 seater table and chairs the first had a crack and loads of scuffs then today the replacment was a used one with stress marks scuffs and the customer service guy was useless and made out he was doing us a favour giving us a replacement

When I arrived at the Wigan store I asked could my item be carried out to my car due to being a large item x2 and me having my baby with me. They told me to move my car to the front of the store and they can carry it out. So I did this and then was rudely spoken to by a lady who just handed me the items and didn't say a word. So unprofessional and the customer service was absolutely shocking.

I ordered an item and I choose to collect because was "collect right away" but after I paid they told me I can collect in 2 days and I needed it today. Wast le of time!

Some of the employees are ableist towards my partially deaf dad I felt like we were both being judged. One of the staff left us when he was serving us and got told to queue up again
