I went to the Manchester City Council near Piccalilli Station in January 2025, for information. I received an ill treatment from one of the women there "a social warfare officer" she was extremely arrogant and aggressive towards me. Worst COUNCIL IN THE WHOLE OF BRITAIN!! Much preferred all of the boroughs combined in London. Even a 1 star rating doesn't suffice how totally incompetent they are.
