My visit to a flooring shop last year for LVT was an unpleasant experience, primarily due to their sample policy and the rude service. In store service is absolutely fantastic, however the fitter who came and fitted my laminate flooring done a very poor job indeed. Great place to buy your flooring I wouldn’t recommend them fitting it
