This is my favourite Pret to go to, the staff here are so unbelievably kind and patient, (compared to the Pret on Brick Lane where they do not want you to be there). Thank you Holloway Road Pret for making my day today and every day!

Service is appalling in this Pret!! This is the 2nd time I've ordered a drink with something else and the barista did not put my order through. I’m a big pret fan but this shop is so bad, they’re open when it suits them and the baguettes are spungy. It confuses my why this pret is so bad compared to others
