I went to Costa in Seaton today and I was served by a beautiful and sweet girl :) she said her name was Freya and she was very nice and chatty.

Dreadful experience today manager suddenly started on us for no reason so rude I personally will never use costa again .Utterly unfair really has upset our day .over priced and rude
