Had to get a new phone yesterday, as my old one was on its last stand. Went in, waited patiently, and I was served by the nicest staff members I could imagine. I felt a little nervous since this was my first time buying a new phone for myself, and I did come across some difficulties with which name the phone would be in, which they understood completely. But throughout the whole experience they were friendly, understanding, and even did a little bit of working out so we could find which phone plan would be best for me. Student discount as well! I wish I could have thanked these people more, I felt super comfortable and went away happy with a new phone.

The worst customer service I have ever received. The Manager shows total resentment for customers. You will be kept waiting an eternity for the simplest of transactions with the attitude of wait or go. 2 people walked out whilst I was there as they couldnâ??t wait any longer and an elderly couple who simply wanted assistance topping up there phone credit were finally seen after a wait of 40 minutes.

Sat down and told to wait for 29 minutes while sat out back and are machines they arrived with just after speaking to me. They smelt strongly of junk food and had sauce on their clothes.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went there with a minor problem due to my bundle not getting activated for some reason, they instructed me to do exactly the same thing I did for 3 times, and I told them it isn't working, I had to call the official vodafone customer service number to get my problem fixed, and now suddenly my vodafone account closed and I lost all my points I've been gathering for the past year. 0/10, do not use their services, and once again, the customer service at this shop is extremely disgusting.

Really unprofessional staff members, went there for a refund on a SIM bundle I accidentally ordered from their website (vodafone.co.uk) with the SIM card unopened, completely sealed, with my order number, receipt, and bank statement, and the lady at the counter told me I am not eligible for a refund because she can not find my name anywhere on the order, but my name and address was literally printed on the package itself, my bank account is on my name, the receipt was tied to my banking account as well, and she opened the package to check if the SIM card is in there, after doing this she declined my refund and now I can not return my package anymore. If I could give you 0 stars I would, worst customer experience I ever had. Not worth the hassle for the god damn 5£, but I swear to god I would have taken this to a small court if I had the time and money.

Found the staff very friendly and helpful in updating my handsets when the contract was due for renewal. They are much more deserving than the low ratings that I have seen.
