We had our bathroom kitted put with Bathstore products. The quality of the products themselves are great. But ow we need a replacement toilet seat. And the delivery to store for the seat £20. That?s pretty awful. Come on Bathstore. That?s a big con. They don?t stock the stuff in sore either. Sort it out!!!!

Absolutely shocking quality products. Had the overhead shower stack rust, the shower mixer plate phase and the sink tap finish bubble within a year of use. Bathstore took 4 MONTHS to send out replacement parts and then only offered to cover 3/4 of the re-fitting costs so I'm now out of pocket. They honestly couldn't care less and for the sake of £60, they weren't willing to rectify the situation fully.

The initial visit and design consultation was great very friendly and helpfull. THEN ONCE I HAD PAID DESASTER delivery game parts missing and damaged goods, then found out the so called black granite top for out sinks to sit on was not granite but a composite material at granite prices. When I approached the manageress at the store found her to be very unhelpful. What we had been told about the stand alone bath comming in a protective bag for us to use was not true, then found out they had under estimated for the floor covering and when brought to their attention first reaction was well you will have to pay for the extra you need even though it was their mistake. In the end had to get tough with then about consumer law before they would sort things. Wish I had read the reviews before hand as I would have gone else where. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I ENTERTANE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I am abdolutly disgusted with the treatment of customers by bath store!
After spending a significant amount on a new bathroom. A sink tap failed to work properly after 18 months
The attitude from the store is that the tap needs a new cartridge which is chargeable and apparently this could need changing every 18 months!
I believe that this particular product is not merchantable quality and the xfter sales service is not short of disgusting
I would suggest using a more customer friendly company in future as this company is not worth using!

Very good customer service and design. However, quality not great as Iâ??m having to replace several items after 3 years. Our glass cabinet doors are now discontinued which is going to cause a problem when they need replacing again. Already replaced them once due to discolouration/rust forming under the glass.

The initial consultation, design and in-store service were great. But once they have your money everything changes.
Delivery was appalling, with argumentative and overdramatic driver who refused to take our goods to the first floor, wanting to dump them all in the garage (despite bathstore stating they will deliver to a room of your choice, up to second floor level). My wife ended up having to "help" carry goods, despite two delivery men being present. Bathstore have passed the buck to the delivery company and refusing to take any responsibility or offering any refund on the £50 delivery charge.
Items in the order were also wrong, and some were missing completely (unnoticed until fitting). They give a seven day window to exchange faulty/wrong goods (although, in law under the Consumer Goods Act 2015, this is 30 days). They have exchanged the wrong goods, to their credit, but want to charge us again for items that weren't delivered. Am having to claim back money through credit card company, as they have not responded to my complaint.
I will never, ever use them again, or recommend them. Go elsewhere to one of the many other companies for the same products, hopefully with better service. Their loss as still have another bathroom and en-suite to refurbish. Do not trust this company, appalling customer service. If you do use them, make sure you pay with credit card, so at least you have some financial protection and might be able to get your money back when they don't deliver.
