Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a whole bungalow’s worth of flooring from them and arranged install over a month ago. Call us the day before to tell us that instead of 2 guys it will be 1, but he’s still only booked to do the same number of days!! The guy they sent is good to be fair to him but... read full comment
