Does the management actually do ANYTHING to correct the continuing problems shown by the amount of negative reviews. They miss my controlled drugs from delivery every month, even though there is a sticker on the bag to remind them. You can not then get through on the phone to tell them they have been missed! Fantastic pharmacy, staff deal with busy periods exceptionally, very busy place with helpful staff always willing to help and apologise when long ques although not their fault.
