Earlier this year my Dad passed away and we needed a function room and food for a wake. We couldn't have found a better, more accommodating venue. The food was amazing and the staff could not do more for us, on such a sad day.

Nice locals' pub with friendly staff and patrons on a side-street close to the market square with reasonably priced food & drink. There is a small yard with a few tables and chairs that opens onto the street and the interior is roomy with plenty of nooks and corners for imbibing and socializing. Our Pheasant Inn is a traditional British public house located at 19 Salt Lane, Salisbury, England. The building dates back to the 15th century and was originally five attached dwellings. In 1638, the shoemakers acquired the corner section of the building when schoolmaster Philip Crew left his house to the guild. The pub has a rich history and is listed on the National Heritage List for England as a Grade II* listed building. It has always been known for serving classic pub food and Sunday roasts, and has a courtyard and function room. We're also dog-friendly!
