Me and my mum were served by Debbie the Manager here in Chantry Place last Thursday and her service was amazing, very prompt with service! Was very helpful with showing us all available options for the birthday gift we was looking for. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I bought myself an engagement ring a few months back and the service I received was amazing, especially Natalia who went above and beyond to help. Recently I had a problem and was nervous about returning to store but again I was made to feel welcomed and the result was more than I?d ever have expected. There are lots of high street jeweller?s but the service here is personal and the staff are always friendly. I believe it?s important to celebrate people who go above and beyond and I hope this feedback can be passed on to the appropriate person because she?s brilliant and a real credit to your store.

When I went in to Ernest Jones to buy a little something for my partner for Christmas I was served by Dexter. Dexter went above and beyond for us and made the whole sale really simple. He also answered all queries we had. Really happy with the service :)

Nathan from Ernest Jones Chapelfiled Norwich was a yellow sunny diamond like the one I tried on. He was so professional and well presented. He was very knowledgeable about the La Vian precious stone range. He sized my hand and let me try each ring that I was astonished by. I was looking for a potential engagement ring for my fiancee Melanie to buy me. He congratulated me. He let my friend also try one some rings. A very memorable experience. Five stars! The service in Ernest Jones in Norwich was AMAZING. Natalia the assistant manager is beyond amazing. We love her! We had our two young children with us and they were not only wonderful to us but also children and keeping them entertained while we were picking out our very special jewellery. All the staff in there were so accommodating. The best service I've ever had. We have always and will always shop in there. Quality jewellery and the happiest staff ?? Thank you xx

I'm in love with the service of Ernest Jones jewellery. I was looking for a ring for my little finger which is size D, in 18k yellow gold. I walked in almost every jewellery shop in Norwich city centre. It was so hard to find&order, but I finally got what I'm looking for at Ernest Jones!The assistant manager Natalia showed me her professions and enthusiasm. She called their factory immediately after listening to my requirements. I was very appreciated that she communicated with their factory to size down the thickness of the ring, because their standard thickness (2mm) still looks too thick on my finger. I'm so happy to order this ring here, with very reasonable price! I will definitely go back and find Natalia for my next piece of jewellery.

Thoroughly nice assistants. Really thoughtful and kind. I wish I had got the sense to take her name. She cleaned a necklace for me and offered advice on how to clean another jewellery item I had bought there many years ago. I noticed a family with small boys had been given a desk area and some colouring in to enjoy while their parents looked at rings. Very professional friendly service. The lady that served me was young.

Went in hoping to find a watch for my partner, I'm absolutely hopeless at these thing but the staff were lovely. Nathan in particular was super helpful - he was very patient with me and offered so many great option, within my price range. Thank you Norwich team, made my day so easy!!!
